Motivation is a Rome-based destination management company. For more than thirty years its partners — Paola Casentini, Alessandro Lamanna and Daniela Minuzzo — and their team have designed seamless luxury travel, incentives and events across every corner of Italy.

We work only with a selected few, because the extraordinary does not scale. Problem prediction, problem solving, and one dedicated planner who stays with you before, during and after.
